where do i begin with this game lol2008 game where you play as a hacker and take jobs of your choice to build up your sick hacking rig and not get busted by the cops.
has a storyline with some branching paths thats kind of interesting for a game like this, at least i thought it was.incredibly niche game, and at $10 i dont know that i can recommend it to everyone. i would've paid $10 for it happily but, maybe get it on sale. it goes on sale a lot.

open world game where you explore the area around chernobyl while being mauled by mutants, shot at by bandits, or killed by gravity in ways you didnt think possiblereally fun game that is soaked with dreary atmosphere, still holds up very well to this day. seriously few games actually compare to the feeling this game gives me. check out pcgamingwiki to get this one set up too, it can be finicky.starts to fall off somewhat towards the end, still very much worth playing though. play vanilla first, then try out an overhaul mod like anomaly/gamma if you want a more hardcore experience.

its the best fromsoft game and im not taking any complaints about this opinion.still loosely a soulsborne game but still very much its own thing with stripped down rpg elements in favor for a much more fleshed out and, in my opinion, engaging combat system.i have put at least 3x the playtime into dark souls 2 than i have with sekiro, but sekiro is the only soulsborne game i have 100%ed because it is just that much fun. a very special game that doesnt go on sale because activision is run by madmen

probably one of the best stealth focused video games. not my most played game, but strong contender for my favorite game ever. check out pcgamingwikis page to see how to get it to run on modern hardware.also has one of the coolest multiplayer concepts ive ever played with the spies vs mercs mode please check it out its incredible, free, and works like a dream even all these years later, just takes a bit of setup, alongside some easy hamachi/vpn trickeryalso has co-op! if you can figure out how to get that working. mine ran like shit lol

a sandbox stealth game where you have a few people to kill and you have like 1000 different ways to go about italso a strong contender for my favorite game ever, ive put a Lot of time into this game as well as the other games in the world of assassination trilogy before they got consolidated. also has a roguelike-ish mode where you get random targets with random objectives, which also got a TON of time out of me. very fun mode i recommend itback when this originally came out it was a fucking nightmare trying to get your hitman 1/2 levels to transfer into 3 but now its all in one game and you dont have to deal with it :3

claaaaaassic survival horror game from 2008 inspired by resident evil 4 and all the stuff it didif you're into survival horror games you've probably already played this but if you haven't this is a really fun one to play. lot of fun weapon choices and a decently engaging story to follow.obligatory, check pcgamingwiki to get the patches and fixes. also for the love of god please play the original before you go buy the remake, it's just as playable and you'll spend like 10% of the price!remake is good too though

super fun immersive sim where you play a detective and solve crimes however you want to. kind of bare bones right now but shows very good potential and i would love to see this game grow even furthertake this one with a grain of salt because the 1.0 release was kind of a mess and left something to be desired but still an incredible concept for a game that has a ton of potentialas long as it continues to get updates

you've probably already heard of this gamesuper light deckbuilding game where you use joker cards to boost certain cards or card combinations in order to raise your score, all based on poker hands, but you don't need to be a poker master to play this game. im not! yetthis is the game on the list that has the most playtime from me and it isnt even close. good lord this game has stolen 330+ hours from me at the time of writing this.if you want a game that can kill time concerningly fast, this is probably my favorite game for it. you can get it on mobile too now if that's something you're into.
